🚚 Delivery Area

We currently offer delivery only within London. All orders placed through our website must be for delivery addresses located within our London service zones.

⏰ Same-Day Delivery

We provide same-day delivery on all orders placed before [insert cut-off time, e.g., 4 PM]. Orders placed after the cut-off will be delivered the next day.

  • Most orders are delivered within 90 minutes

  • Delivery time may vary slightly during peak hours or due to weather conditions

💷 Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders over £30

  • Orders under £30 will include a small delivery fee, calculated at checkout

📦 Delivery Instructions

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will:

  • Leave the bouquet with a neighbor or in a safe location (if specified)

  • Attempt to contact the recipient using the provided phone number

We do not take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses or failed deliveries due to incomplete/incorrect information provided during checkout.
