Yes! We offer same-day delivery across London. Just place your order before 8pm and we’ll deliver within 90 minutes.

What areas do you deliver to?

Currently, we deliver only within London. We’re expanding soon, so stay tuned!

How much is the delivery fee?

Delivery is free for orders over £30. For orders below £30, a small delivery fee will be applied at checkout.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?

Yes! You can schedule your delivery for a specific time during checkout. Just select your preferred time slot, and we’ll make sure your flowers arrive right on time.

Can I customize a bouquet?

Yes, you can! We offer customizations using the fresh flowers we currently have in stock. Just leave your preferences in the notes at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?

Yes! All our bouquets are gift-ready, and you can add a free personalized note at checkout.

What if the recipient isn’t home?

If no one is available, we’ll try to leave the flowers with a neighbor or in a safe spot. You’ll be notified via text or email.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds unless the issue is caused by us. If something went wrong, please contact our support team within 24 hours.
