At Soch Blooms, every bouquet is handcrafted with care and delivered fresh across London. Due to the perishable nature of our flowers, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.
If there’s an issue with your delivery — such as damaged flowers or an incorrect order — please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your bouquet at sochblooms@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.
We currently deliver only within London and are unable to process any return requests from outside our delivery area.
